3. Return Shipping Fees

• Non-Defective Items: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged item to receive a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds: If your return is approved, we will credit the original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.
